Results are reviewed by Robin Arora, MD, a physician certified as an MRO by the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO) through August 2027 and board-certified in internal medicine, nephrology and addiction medicine. Under 49 CFR 40.121, a qualified MRO can review DOT results for covered employees in every state, so one MRO relationship covers your whole client list.
The TPA / Lab plan is $199 a month with 40 results included. Beyond that, results 41 to 500 are $5.50 each, 501 to 2,000 are $4.50 and anything over 2,000 is $3.75, each month.
No. The per-result price covers negative and non-negative results, including the donor interview and Clearinghouse reporting.
